I moved down to South Florida from NJ to be closer to my family and the sun and to take advantage of the greatest real estate investment opportunity in a lifetime.

I am a transactional engineer and love working on real estate deals. Whether it’s putting a plan together for a client so they can qualify to buy their new home in a few months, or it’s creating out a win-win situation for a short-sale seller and buyer, I figure out how to make the deal happen.
